The College shall be responsible for providing training in cooperative development and management, entrepreneurship and agribusiness in order to impart skills.

The College shall perform the following specific functions:

1. Provide training in entrepreneurship, cooperatives and agribusiness in order to build capacity and increase citizens’ participation in economic activities, b) Conduct research in Cooperative development, Agribusiness and other topical issues in order to inform decision making and enhance training;
2. Develop and maintain information systems in order to facilitate storage and retrieval of information; and
3. Collaborate with stakeholders on cooperative and entrepreneurship development in order to share information and best practices.

The College has three (3) Sections namely:

1. Academic;
2. Registrar; and
3. Business Development.
